3. Orders, Payment & Cancellations

  • Pricing: Prices are in GBP (£) and may change without notice.

  • Payment: Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, especially if we suspect misuse or note pricing errors.

  • Substitutions: We may replace discontinued items with a similar alternative of equal value unless you request otherwise. This would only be a different variant of the same product i.e weight/volume.

  • Defective Items: If an item is proven defective on arrival, you must notify us with photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt for a refund to be considered.

  • Cancellations: Orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded in full.

  • Returned Parcels: If a parcel is returned to us (e.g., incorrect address, delivery refused), a refund will be processed for the item's value after it has been received by us.
