Business Days: Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Order Cut-Off: Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (or Tuesday, if Monday is a bank holiday).

Shipping Service: We ship all orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm®.
Delivery Aim: This service guarantees delivery by 1:00 PM on the next working day after dispatch for the vast majority of UK postcodes.
Key Features:
- Signature Required: This is a "Signed For" service. A signature (or photo capture) will be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the parcel.
- Fully Tracked: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and value of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address details.
If You Are Not Home: If no one is available to sign for your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a "Something for you" card with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery or collect your item from your local depot.
Service Delays: While we guarantee to dispatch your order on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail (e.g., severe weather, postal strikes, or logistical issues).
Geographic Exceptions: Please note that the next-day guarantee may not apply to certain remote areas, such as the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and parts of Northern Ireland. In these cases, delivery may take 2-3 business days.
