Refund policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. Due to the sensitive nature of our products and for strict safety and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Please ensure your order is correct before you pay.

 

1. Returns & Exchanges

 

All sales are considered final upon dispatch from our facility.

To maintain product integrity and compliance, we cannot accept any products back into stock once they have left our control. This policy applies to all items, even if the packaging is sealed and unopened.

 

2. Order Cancellations

 

You may request to cancel an order only if it has not yet been dispatched.

  • How to Request: Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation.

  • Successful Cancellation: If your request is received and processed before your order is handed to our shipping carrier, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Please Note: We cannot guarantee the success of a cancellation request. Our dispatch process is very fast, and your order may be dispatched before your request is processed.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and the sale is final.

 

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

 

While we do not accept returns, we will address any errors made on our part.

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged in transit, faulty, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve this, please provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence showing the damage, fault, or incorrect item (and the shipping label, if relevant)

We will review your claim and, if the fault is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund. Please do not dispose of the item or its packaging until we have advised you on the next steps.
